We accept major credit and debit cards online via our secure payment gateway. For domestic orders within Jamaica, we also offer Jamaican Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit (NCB or Scotiabank).

9. How do I pay using Jamaican Direct Bank Transfer?

Select "Jamaican Bank Transfer / Direct Deposit" at checkout. You will receive our banking details on the confirmation screen and via email. Simply complete the online transfer through your bank and send us proof of payment within 48 hours to complete your order.

10. What is your return policy?

Because OWARUUTS JBCO is a natural personal care item, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that remain unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

11. What if my bottle arrives damaged or leaking?

If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please email us at info@owaruuts.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra charge.
