Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Local Delivery (Jamaica)

We offer multiple local shipping methods across Jamaica:

• Knutsford Express Courier: 1–2 business days. (Please specify your preferred Knutsford Express branch location at checkout or in order notes).
• Zip Mail / Postal Service: 2–4 business days.
• Local Courier / Pickup: Details provided at checkout where applicable.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to the United States and  Caribbean islands, using reputable express couriers (e.g., DHL Express / Post Jamaica International).

Transit Times: Typically 5 to 28 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance processes.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

OWARUUTS is not responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your package upon arrival in your destination country.

All tariffs, taxes, and fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. OWARUUTS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the buyer.
